WAIAM develops and markets connected electronic products and smart ecosystems, including the WAIAM Orbit smart case and related connected devices.
These Terms & Conditions define the contractual relationship between WAIAM and any user, customer, or visitor of the website.

5. Pre-Orders
The website may allow customers to place pre-orders for upcoming products.
A pre-order reserves a future production unit and requires:
- submission of the pre-order form;
- full payment through our payment partner, Stripe.
Pre-orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
6. Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.
Depending on the customer’s country, additional taxes, customs duties, import fees, or local charges may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

7. Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
WAIAM does not store banking or payment card information on its servers.
By submitting payment information, the customer authorizes Stripe to process the transaction.
WAIAM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, payment issues, or legal compliance concerns.
8. Delivery
Deliveries are expected to begin from September 1, 2026 worldwide, subject to production, logistics, customs procedures, carrier availability, battery shipping rules, and destination restrictions.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country and external factors.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped.
WAIAM cannot be held responsible for delays caused by transport carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
9. Cancellation, Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Cancellation before shipment
Customers may request the cancellation of their pre-order before shipment by contacting WAIAM at: contact@waiam.io
The request will be reviewed depending on the status of the order, payment confirmation, production preparation, logistics progress, and applicable legal rules.
Right of withdrawal after delivery
For distance purchases, consumers may benefit from a legal right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the day after receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.

Return of the product
After exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product within the applicable legal timeframe.
The product must be returned complete, in its original condition, with all devices, accessories, protective elements, packaging, manuals, and any included documents.
Returned products must not be damaged, altered, incomplete, or used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
Return costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by WAIAM, return shipping costs may remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refund
In the event of a valid withdrawal, WAIAM will refund the eligible amounts in accordance with applicable legal rules.
The refund may be delayed until WAIAM has received the returned product or until the customer provides proof of shipment, where permitted by applicable law.
10. Warranty
WAIAM products are covered by a limited warranty period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions occurring under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- accidental damage;
- misuse or improper handling;
- unauthorized modifications or repairs;
- damage caused by liquids, impacts, or external causes;
- normal wear and tear;
- consumable components subject to natural degradation;
- damage caused by use that does not comply with the product instructions.
