Customer support
WAIAM aims to provide customers with clear, serious, and responsive support throughout the WAIAM Orbit experience.
Customer support will be gradually launched from the first deliveries of WAIAM Orbit Pilot Edition, scheduled to begin from September 1, 2026. Its purpose will be to assist customers after their pre-order, answer their questions, and support requests related to the product.
This service will help customers with order tracking, payment confirmations, delivery information, possible address changes, product reception, use of the Smart Case, operation of the integrated devices, and the magnetic charging system.
Customer support will also play an important role in warranty follow-up. WAIAM Orbit products will include a limited one-year warranty from the date of delivery. In case of a technical issue, malfunction, or assistance request, customers will be able to contact WAIAM to receive appropriate guidance depending on the situation.
As the first orders are delivered, WAIAM will also use customer feedback to improve the user experience, strengthen product quality, optimize future production series, and prepare the evolution toward WAIAM Orbit 1.
