2. Is WAIAM Orbit an empty case ?
No. WAIAM Orbit is not an empty case.
It is designed as a complete pack containing the devices included in the WAIAM Orbit ecosystem. Each product has its own dedicated protective slot inside the smart case.
3. Which products are included in WAIAM Orbit ?
WAIAM Orbit includes:

4. How does the Smart Case work ?
The WAIAM Orbit Smart Case is designed to organize, protect, transport, and recharge the devices.
Each product has a dedicated molded slot. When a device is placed into its slot, it is held securely by the protective foam and aligned with the integrated charging system.
5. How does the charging system work ?
The Smart Case includes a centralized charging system.
The smartphone may support both wireless charging and magnetic port charging. The other devices are designed to recharge through dedicated magnetic connectors inside their own compartments.
The goal is to reduce the need for multiple separate cables and keep all devices ready to use.
6. Does each device have its own slot ?
Yes. Each device has its own dedicated slot inside the protective foam.
The slots are designed to make storage easier, protect the devices, hold them securely during transport, and align them with the integrated charging connectors.
7. Can the devices fall out if the case is turned over ?
The Smart Case is designed to limit device movement.
Each molded compartment is shaped to hold the product securely. The sides of each slot help keep the device in place when the case is carried, tilted, or handled.
8. Is WAIAM Orbit available in different colors ?

WAIAM Orbit Pilot Edition is the first commercial version of the concept. It is designed to launch the first pre-orders and organize the first deliveries.
WAIAM Orbit 1 will be a more advanced future version, improved through customer feedback, design optimization, product miniaturization, and the development of new packs.
12. When will the first deliveries begin ?
The first WAIAM Orbit deliveries are planned to begin from September 1, 2026.
This date remains subject to production progress, quality control, logistics, component availability, battery shipping rules, and possible restrictions depending on the destination country or region.
13. Is worldwide delivery available ?
WAIAM plans to offer international delivery.
However, delivery will depend on carrier availability, customs regulations, local restrictions, battery shipping rules, and logistics possibilities for each country or region.
14. Does the product contain batteries ?
Yes. Several devices included in WAIAM Orbit may contain rechargeable batteries.

15. How can I pre-order WAIAM Orbit ?

They will then be redirected to Stripe, WAIAM’s payment partner. On Stripe, customers can select the product, choose the color, select the quantity, fill in the required contact and delivery information, enter their card payment details, and complete the payment.
The pre-order is confirmed only after the Stripe payment has been successfully completed.
16. Is the pre-order paid ?
Yes. The pre-order allows customers to officially reserve WAIAM Orbit Pilot Edition.
Payment is made online through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, the pre-order is registered.
17. What is the launch price ?
The announced launch price is €1,999 VAT included where applicable, instead of the listed real price of €2,999.
This offer may be limited in time and may change after the launch period or after the first deliveries begin.
18. Can the price increase after launch ?
Yes. After the first deliveries begin, prices may change depending on production costs, product improvements, demand, component availability, and commercial conditions.
Customers who pre-order during the launch offer may benefit from more advantageous conditions.
19. Is the payment secure ?
Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe, WAIAM’s secure payment partner.
WAIAM does not directly store customers’ full banking details. Payment processing is handled by Stripe according to its own security procedures.
20. Can I pay in another currency ?
The main price is displayed in euros.
Depending on the customer’s country, bank, and payment method, currency conversion may apply. Conversion fees may also be charged by the bank or payment provider.
21. Is VAT included ?
The price displayed on the website may be presented VAT included where applicable.
For customers outside France or outside the European Union, local taxes, customs duties, import fees, or administrative charges may be applied by the destination country or carrier.
22. Can customs fees apply ?
Yes. For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees may apply depending on the destination country.

The product must be returned complete, in good condition, with all devices, accessories, packaging, protective elements, and included documents.
27. Who pays return shipping costs ?
Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated by WAIAM, return shipping costs may remain the responsibility of the customer.

28. What is the warranty period ?
WAIAM Orbit includes a limited warranty of one year from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use conditions.

It does not cover accidental damage, impacts, liquid damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or product modifications.
